These type of hoses offer RRL Technology and ensures that the hoses are fabric reinforced rubberlined (RRL Technology) which gives an additional textile reinforcement in the hoses which is very similar to a double jacketed hose, i.e., hose within a hose. RRL Hose have a distinct lap joint, which readily identifies to the user the unmistakable sign of a RRL Hose. The jacket and the reinforcement of the hose which is predominantly cotton has excellent heat resistance property and, being a natural fibre, the hose jacket has a very good grip for the fire fighters during operation. RRL technology ensures that in extreme circumstances when the outer jacket is severely damaged, the inner reinforcement can continue delivering water at operational pressures; thereby averting an emergency situation.
